System Maintenance Expert

The role of System Maintenance Expert is a vital position that requires the individual to ensure seamless operation of computer systems within an organization. As a key member of the IT team, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support and maintaining standardised processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and install systemic management and educational delivery systems in line with organisational information standards and policies.
  • Offer expert IT guidance and support on the selection, procurement and installation of new hardware and software.
  • Keep currency of technical proficiency and skills up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma of Information Technology or equivalent based on ACS skills assessment.
  • A current C class drivers licence.
  • A good understanding of Windows 2016 and above server operating systems.
  • Knowledge of network switches, end user device and printer support.
