About This Opportunity

This part-time role offers autonomy and flexibility, allowing you to guide and uplift Early Childhood Teachers across the Wimmera and Southern Mallee. You will support family-centred practices in the community, coaching educators and building partnerships with local services.

  • You will be responsible for implementing high-quality early childhood education and care programs in 3 and 4-year-old kindergartens.
  • Guiding and uplifting Early Childhood Teachers will be a key aspect of your role, helping them create inclusive learning environments where every child learns and thrives.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent, as well as extensive knowledge and experience in implementing high-quality early childhood education and care programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Implementation: Develop and implement high-quality early childhood education and care programs in 3 and 4-year-old kindergartens.
  • Teacher Support: Guide and uplift Early Childhood Teachers across the Wimmera and Southern Malleedistricts.
  • Community Partnerships: Build strong partnerships with local services, supporting family-centred early learning practices in the community.
