Job Opportunity

We are seeking a caring and dedicated individual to provide support to young people in residential houses. As a Casual Active Nights Residential Practitioner, you will play a vital role in the lives of young people living in these services.

  • This is a hands-on role that requires resilience and empathy, providing care that respects the dignity and privacy of children.

  • Deliver personal care that promotes positive respect and meets the needs of each young person.
  • Create an environment that fosters growth and development, providing guidance and support where needed.

You will receive a comprehensive induction program and ongoing mentoring to ensure your success in this role. Our services operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing a supportive team environment.

  • Paid parental leave for up to 10 weeks.
  • A 10% discount on childcare services with select providers.

In addition to your base rate and superannuation, you'll also receive a casual loading of 25%. You can also increase your take-home pay by accessing salary packaging benefits, which can be used for various expenses.
