This role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the next generation. As an Outdoor Education Trainer, you will play a key part in shaping the skills and knowledge of our students.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for experiential learning and be able to demonstrate a keen interest in bush camping and hiking. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with staff in a residential team environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances. You will also need to be physically fit and able to participate in outdoor activities. Experience working with teenagers is essential, as is a willingness to learn and develop an understanding of adolescent development.
