Outdoor Education Role

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Outdoor Educator to deliver high-quality outdoor programs for students in a picturesque natural setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead adventure activities, including hiking, climbing, bushcraft, survival, and camping, while ensuring the safety and well-being of students.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, Standard Operating Procedures, and risk assessments under the guidance of senior trainers.

The successful applicant will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and inspire students to achieve their full potential.

Requirements
  • Current manual driver's license
  • Current Senior First Aid certificate (with current CPR)
  • Blue Card
  • Physical and mental stamina to participate in challenging outdoor activities
  • Passion for working with adolescents and fostering their personal growth
  • Willingness to live and work in a small community environment
