About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Energy Transition Specialist to join our Enterprise Portfolio Office in the Reform Division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in change management and transformation projects, with expertise in large-scale complex technology and operating model initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver all required artefacts, materials, activities, and outcomes to support the successful progressive rollout of a suite of projects within this key initiative portfolio.
  • Develop and implement effective change strategies, communications, engagement, training, and learning plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business readiness checks, handover, and embedding of changes.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience across the full spectrum of change management and transformation projects, including large-scale complex technology and operating model initiatives.
  • Expertise in change impact assessment, change strategy/plans, communications/engagement, training/learning strategies/plans, business readiness checks, and business/operational handover and embedding.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams of change resources to deliver shared outcomes and develop people's potential.
  • Mastery of engaging with diverse stakeholders at differing levels within an organisation.
