Portfolio Manager – Insurance Broker Relationships

We are seeking a customer service professional to proactively develop and maintain relationships with insurance brokers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Your primary responsibility will be to promote our value proposition and products, ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience. To succeed in this role, you will require self-motivation, target-orientation, and the ability to meet KPIs.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound enquiries from existing brokers on matters related to products, renewals, process, and system enquiries
  • Pro-actively approach and nurture your account portfolio
  • Contribute to business growth objectives by growing and developing your account portfolio of existing brokers
  • Develop and maintain meaningful working relationships with brokers
  • Promote an exceptional customer experience to your broker network
  • Assist in relationship and account management for key accounts

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience working with brokers would be highly regarded
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with proven examples of meeting and/or exceeding KPIs
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional customer services skills with an outstanding customer-centric approach
  • Able to promote products and services to meet the needs of our brokers and their clients
  • Empathic, dynamic, and outgoing with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills while working under pressure
  • The ability and willingness to take initiative
