Early Childhood Learning Specialist

This role is focused on enhancing the quality and inclusivity of early childhood education and care (ECEC) by providing coaching and advice to centre teams.
The successful candidate will work in an integrated way to support teaching, learning, and inclusion for all children, with a particular emphasis on engaging and supporting vulnerable children and families.
The Practice and Inclusion Partner will deliver targeted capacity building strategies to enhance every child's outcome, sharing their skills and experiences with centre teams to drive high-quality learning.
- Provide responsive support to Goodstarters nationally through our Practice and Inclusion Helpdesk.
- Share expertise and best practices with centre teams to support teaching and learning for all children.
- Work directly with a selected group of centres to deliver Quality Improvement Plan actions through coaching and modelling.
- Offer specialist inclusion advice and consultancy to centre leadership teams.
Requirements:
- 4-year Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education from a recognised university.
- Demonstrated capability of supporting and coaching teams to deliver high-quality inclusive early learning.
- Extensive experience in delivering high-quality inclusive early learning (aged birth to 8 years).
