Join our team as a Business Systems Analyst to drive digital transformation in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

We're seeking a proactive and results-driven professional with experience in supporting enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. As a key member of our Enterprise Applications team, you will play a vital role in optimising our business processes and improving efficiency through the effective use of technology.

Your responsibilities will include acting as the primary contact for ERP support and configuration, collaborating with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, and leading and supporting ERP-related projects from scoping and feasibility through to testing, training, and implementation.

You'll have a strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply, and maintenance, and be experienced in system configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and project delivery. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with a collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in helping others succeed through better systems and smarter processes.

About You
  • A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience supporting ERP systems such as Pronto, SAP, or similar platforms.
  • A strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply, or maintenance.
  • Experience with system configuration, UAT, documentation, and project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and approachable way.
