**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide analysis of business requirements and produce detailed specifications for system changes. You will work closely with the business to clarify requirements and identify alternative solutions, ensuring effective collaboration throughout the system development life cycle.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Liaise with key stakeholders to provide expertise and seek clarification on business requirements.
  • Investigate, gather, and document requirements for enhancements to systems.
  • Provide specialist expertise on specification design criteria to developers and test analysts.
  • Arrange and chair meetings to facilitate technical solution outcomes.
  • Complete Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, and/or Technical Specifications.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of IT, business domain, or technical analysis experience.
  • Demonstrable competency as a Technical Analyst or equivalent role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability to working hours to meet business needs.
  • Knowledge of MS Office products and software development cycles.
