Lead Commercial Strategy

The Lead Commercial Strategist will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy across the organization. This role requires close partnership with Sales to model complex commercial deals, design pricing strategies and present data-led solutions to enterprise customers.

Duties
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy that drives business growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Growth and Product to align solutions with delivery
  • Analyse financial data and margin drivers to inform strategic decision making
  • Mentor and support team members in developing commercial and analytical capabilities
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience driving commercial strategy, consulting, finance or procurement initiatives
  • Demonstrated success managing complex tenders, pricing structures and high-value strategic deals in partnership with sales
  • Advanced skills in financial modelling and data analysis (proficient in Excel/Google Sheets)
