Enrolled Nurse Opportunity
The Medical Unit at Northwest Regional Hospital is seeking a qualified Enrolled Nurse to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality nursing care and contribute to positive health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver safe and quality nursing care to patients with complex conditions such as stroke, palliative care, respiratory and cardiac issues, and acute delirium.
- Work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and rotate through all areas to gain diverse clinical experience and broaden professional skills.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to respectful, person-centred care.
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Experience in acute medical ward settings and confidence in applying nursing principles and procedures.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
