Role Overview

We seek a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to manage and streamline data exchange between Guardhouse CRM and DEX. This role ensures accuracy and efficiency in our data management efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update data in both Guardhouse CRM and DEX systems.
  • Verify data integrity and correct discrepancies to maintain high-quality records.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of data mapping documents.
  • Monitor data transfers and generate reports to ensure compliance with data standards.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data exchange.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or a related field is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in data entry or data management roles, preferably with CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with Guardhouse CRM and DEX is a significant advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
