We are seeking an accomplished Chef Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, catering to the dietary needs of residents in our care facilities.

About The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Cook to leverage their expertise in commercial cooking services and contribute to providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Catering to residents' dietary requirements, including texture-modified meals
  • Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety practices
  • Ensuring adherence to dietary requirements (allergies, texture modified)
  • Analyzing specific dietary needs and preferences of residents
Requirements
  • Prior experience in commercial cooking services
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrated understanding of safe handling & storage of chemicals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
