Job Description

The Digital Content Specialist plays a vital role in crafting, reviewing, and publishing high-quality digital content that aligns with departmental standards. This entails creating, updating, and editing web pages across health.vic and Better Health Channel websites.

Under the guidance of the Digital Content Lead, they will effectively manage priorities, stakeholder needs, and deliver exceptional digital content to achieve strategic objectives. They work closely with Branch colleagues and relevant business areas within the department to create engaging content that demonstrates government policies and initiatives.

Responsibilities include ensuring all content is clear, timely, and aligned to the department's digital strategy and strategic plan. Additionally, they may provide support to other teams as needed, including participating in emergency rosters and public emergencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
