This role strengthens recovery-oriented care and promotes carer inclusion across services.Key Responsibilities IncludeProviding emotional support, information and education to carers and families.Sharing personal carer experience to model recovery and build connection.Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team and co-facilitating carer support groups.Advocating for carer-inclusive practices and identifying service improvements.About YouYou are a passionate and empathetic individual with lived or living experience as a mental health carer.
