About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Coach to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating one-to-one coaching sessions with carers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in group development and facilitation, as well as a minimum Diploma in Coaching, Counselling, Community Services or related field.

  • Facilitate the program in accordance with training and guidelines.
  • Facilitate one-to-one coaching to achieve KPIs.
  • Create an environment that carers find welcoming, real, and empowering.
  • Ensure relationships with carers are positive and built on our values.
  • Engage professionally and positively with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Community engagement, networking, and establishing referral pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality coaching services to carers.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with carers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  3. Develop and implement effective strategies to engage carers and promote our services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Coaching, Counselling, Community Services or related field.
  • Previous experience in group development and facilitation.
  • Right to work within Australia.
  • Current valid Driver's Licence and ability to undertake travel.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (free online course).
  • Satisfactory National Police Records Check.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Working with Children's Check (Employee / Paid).
