**Job Opportunity:** Empower Carers to Achieve Their Goals

As a carer coach, you'll deliver one-on-one and group coaching sessions to empower carers to achieve their goals. You'll create a welcoming environment for them, engage professionally and positively with stakeholders, and facilitate the program in accordance with training and guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have experience in community services, allied health, or peer support, strong communication skills, emotional maturity, and a trauma-informed approach. Familiarity with carer services such as NDIS, My Aged Care, and mental health supports is also essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Facilitate the program in accordance with training and guidelines
    • Deliver one-on-one and group coaching to carers to achieve KPIs
    • Create a welcoming environment for carers
    • Engage professionally and positively with stakeholders
