Community Health Dietitian Role

We are seeking a qualified and passionate dietitian to join our team and contribute to improving the health and wellbeing of individuals, especially vulnerable populations.


As a community health dietitian, you will be responsible for delivering dietetic assessments and interventions using IDNT and ADIME processes. You will develop comprehensive care plans for referred clients and operate within your scope of practice under the guidance of relevant standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Dietetic Assessments and Interventions: Develop and implement effective dietetic assessments and interventions for clients, ensuring high-quality care and positive outcomes.
  • Care Planning: Create comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each client, taking into account their medical history, lifestyle, and cultural background.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated services and support programs.
  • Education and Communication: Provide accurate and culturally sensitive information to clients, communities, and other stakeholders, promoting healthy eating habits and disease prevention.
