Caring Support Specialist in Tweed Heads

We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our dedicated team as Disability Support Workers in a 24/7 roster in Tweed Heads.
This role involves working with participants to deliver care in their homes, providing personal support and assisting with daily tasks.
- Providing personal care and hygiene support
- Assisting with domestic tasks to maintain a safe and clean home environment
- Supporting social and community participation
Key responsibilities include preparing meals and assisting with nutritional needs, assisting with mobility, medication administration support, and maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Disability or equivalent qualification
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (HLTAID011 or HLTAID003)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
- National Police Check
- Minimum 12 months of direct or lived experience in disability support
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred)
- Full rights to work in Australia
