Job Title: Architectural Design

We are seeking an experienced architectural designer to deliver high-quality designs and collaborate with our sales consultants to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Delivering beautifully executed designs and working closely with our construction team to ensure that every project meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Attending client meetings and taking briefs to produce custom-designed residential homes.
  • Collaborating with estimators, surveyors, engineers, construction managers, site supervisors, and sales consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Producing one-off designs and presentations, working drawings, variation orders, and other documentation as required.

Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality designs and collaborating with our sales consultants. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Proven experience in architectural design using software such as ArchiCad, AutoCad, and Revit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the development process and knowledge of high-end residential markets.
