Join a talented team of architectural professionals to contribute to the creation of innovative and sustainable spaces.

As an Architectural Designer, you will play a key role in supporting the design process from initial concept through to project completion. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with conceptual design, preparing drawings, documentation, and detailing solutions that align with project vision and design standards.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure coordinated and buildable design outcomes.
  • Attending site visits and meetings to resolve design issues, liaise with consultants, and maintain design integrity during construction.
  • Assisting with material and finishes selections, sourcing samples, and overseeing final installation as required.
  • Producing basic 3D models using SketchUp and contributing to more detailed and advanced visualisations.
  • Preparing and presenting design ideas to project teams and senior management.
  • Demonstrating strong attention to detail, with ability to visualise concepts and translate ideas into refined, buildable outcomes.
  • Staying informed on architectural trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable design practices to inform project work.

To succeed in this role, you will need a sound understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC), Victorian Planning Scheme, and Better Apartments Design Standards.
