Event Outreach Specialist

Our client is seeking a confident and enthusiastic event outreach specialist to drive event participation by conducting outbound calls to potential attendees. The ideal candidate will play a key role in engaging C-Level executives and communicating the value of each event.

The successful candidate will work closely with the audience acquisition manager, receiving a targeted database and event briefings to ensure effective outreach. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting cold calls to engage potential event attendees and communicate the value of each event.\
  • Building rapport with senior-level professionals through professional and strategic outreach.\
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.\
  • Managing outreach for multiple events at once.\
  • Ensuring alignment between event content and attendee interests.\
  • Providing excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and detail-oriented record-keeping.\
  • Previous experience in sales, customer engagement, or event marketing is an advantage.\
