As an experienced Events Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality events that engage and inspire key stakeholders. About the Role

The Events Manager will oversee all corporate events, ensuring seamless planning and execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end event planning, including networking events and internal engagement activities
  • Overseeing budgets, logistics, and timelines to ensure smooth event delivery
  • Source venues, coordinate catering, AV, and event materials, and manage supplier relationships
  • Develop marketing and communication strategies to drive attendance and engagement
  • Manage guest lists, invitations, and post-event follow-ups to maximise impact
  • Collaborate with internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure alignment with business objectives

In this role, you will have the opportunity to problem-solve and troubleshoot on event days, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees. To succeed, you will need:

  • Proven experience in event management, ideally within a corporate or fintech environment
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with executives, partners, and vendors
  • A creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to adapt and problem-solve under pressure
