Access and Inclusion Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Access and Inclusion Manager to champion inclusive employment practices across our Employment Services sites.

  • This role requires proven experience in the disability and inclusion field, with a strong understanding of best practices that support people living with disability to find and keep meaningful employment.
  • The successful candidate will have the ability to engage confidently with employers, stakeholders, and internal teams to promote inclusive strategies and workplace modifications.
  • A background in delivering training and presentations to diverse audiences is highly regarded.

Lived experience of disability is also an asset for this role.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A deep understanding of access and inclusion principles, vocational barriers, and employment pathways for people with disability.
  • Practical experience in advisory or coaching roles, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and education.
  • A track record of delivering services that meet contractual, performance, and quality expectations.
