Senior Inclusive Education Leader

We are seeking a visionary and compassionate leader to drive our inclusive education strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the direction of our whole-college approach, ensuring that every student has equal access to quality education.

  • Lead a team of educators and support staff to implement inclusive practices across curriculum, pedagogy and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and families to embed equity and access in all aspects of college life.
  • Develop strategic plans, build staff capacity and ensure compliance with national standards, while promoting a culture of excellence, equity and belonging.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate advocate of inclusive education to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students, families and staff.

The Senior Inclusive Education Leader will play a critical role in shaping the future of our college, driving innovation and excellence in teaching and learning.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of leading inclusive education initiatives, managing change and developing staff capacity.

  • A proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a focus on inclusivity and diversity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A postgraduate qualification in Inclusive Education, Disability Studies or a related field.
  • Current registration as a teacher in South Australia.
  • Current working with children clearance and RRHAN-EC certification.
