Transformative Family Services Specialist

Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is a vital component of our approach to family preservation and reunification. MST specialists collaborate closely with families and communities to address challenging behavior.
Role OverviewThis role empowers families to make transformative changes through intensive interventions, skill-building, and social support services.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based interventions strategies.
- Work with marginalized youth and their families, engaging in peer supervision and receiving constructive feedback.
- Effectively manage caseloads and documentation requirements.
- Participate in on-call rosters and perform work outside standard office hours as needed.
- 4-year degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (including Counselling, Family/Systems Therapy).
- Demonstrated competency against knowledge, skills, and personal qualities outlined in the Position Description.
- Experience working with difficult-to-engage young people and/or their families.
