Job Title: Visual Storytelling Leader

Job Summary:

">

We are seeking an experienced Visual Storytelling Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the animation process, working closely with animation supervisors to create convincing performances and motion.

">

Key Responsibilities:

">

• Provide leadership and guidance to the animation team, including education and mentoring for animators.

">

• Collaborate with animation supervisors to develop project schedules and deliver shots within those schedules.

">

• Work with animation supervisor to assign shots to animators and ensure all relevant reference is available.

">

• Solve animators' creative and technical issues.

">

• Work with the Build Department to ensure models are suitable for performance needs.

">

• Work with animation supervisor to ensure the delivery of a rig that will meet an animator's need for control, functionality, usability, and performance.

">

Requirements:

">

• 6+ years of CG experience, ideally within feature films.

">

• Prior experience of leading teams.

">

• Experience working directly with clients/directors.

">

• Ability to perform visual and analytical problem solving in 3-dimensional space, including accurately interpreting 3D layouts and analysing 3D form.

">

• Ability to problem solve and predict potential problems with assigned tasks.

">
