Role Overview
  • Develop and implement business integration strategies across the organisation.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of integration platforms including development, testing, deployment, replacement and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless system integrations while mentoring users to self-serve and adopt integration platforms.
  • Define integration strategies and develop roadmaps for successful implementation.
  • Cross-functionally work with stakeholders and vendors to deliver integrations on time and within budget.
  • Ensure integrations are secure, compliant and aligned with organisational policies.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP and integration platforms including NetSuite ERP SaaS and Microsoft Business Central ERP.
  • Experience with middleware integration technologies and cloud-based systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Prior experience in FMCG or retail industry an advantage with understanding of finance and supply chain processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
