Job Overview

This is a contract role as an Adoption Specialist to lead the integration and deployment of Microsoft Copilot AI across business units.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering integration initiatives in large enterprise environments, exposure to AI-powered tools, and exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver day-to-day business unit engagement for AI enablement and feature training.
  • Set up and run tailored walkthroughs, demos, and Q&A sessions with users across the organisation.
  • Work collaboratively with IT, Digital, and Business Change teams to embed AI usage into workflows.
  • Capture feedback, identify adoption blockers, and continuously refine integration strategies.
  • Support internal comms and learning materials to ensure consistent messaging and self-service success.
Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering integration initiatives in large enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated exposure to AI-powered tools, preferably Microsoft Copilot.
  • Ability to engage business users across all levels – from frontline to executive – and simplify technical concepts.
  • Experience in enterprise retail environments highly regarded.
