Business Integration Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a Business Integration Specialist to shape and manage our integration strategy across the business. You will oversee the full lifecycle of integration platforms, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless and secure integrations between systems.
- Develop integration strategies and roadmaps to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrations on time and within budget.
- Ensure integrations are secure, compliant, and aligned with organisational policies.
- Manage the full lifecycle of system integrations, from development to deployment and maintenance.
- Identify and resolve integration issues to maintain stability and improve performance.
- Monitor integrations to identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of ERP and integration platforms, including NetSuite ERP SaaS, Celigo iPaaS, Microsoft Business Central ERP, API and EDI integrations.
- Experience with middleware integration technologies and cloud-based systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Experience managing vendors and stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
- Exposure to Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with finance and supply chain processes in FMCG or retail industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems (or similar).
