**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define technology strategy and best practices
- Translate technology and product strategy into performance goals
- Improve coding standards, architecture, and software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Mentor and develop leadership talent
- Implement best frameworks, standards, and practices
- Promote developer productivity and engineering excellence

Requirements and Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of experience leading engineering teams of 10-15 people
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with scalable backends for SaaS products
- Familiarity with AWS tech stack, Event-Driven Architecture, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) languages
