About the Role

We are seeking a driven and passionate individual to join our team as a Trainee Store Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step up their leadership skills and grow into a future Store Manager role.

Job Description

As a Trainee Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to gain valuable experience in running a high-performing retail store. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, including rosters, team performance, and store presentation.
  • Leading by example and championing our values to create a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Maintaining high standards across merchandising, stock control, food safety, and compliance.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and helping your team achieve the same.
  • Contributing to sales performance by driving store KPIs (NPS, eNPS, wage targets, shrink/margin).
  • Taking ownership of store standards, from cleanliness and ticketing to uniform and product quality.
  • Playing a key role in staff onboarding, development planning, and team engagement.
  • Supporting the execution of in-store events and seasonal campaigns.
