Job Title: Customer Service Team Member

Overview:

As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will deliver exceptional store operations and support a sales-focused culture. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage cash handling, banking integrity, and multi-channel fulfillment while ensuring stock integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective store administration in line with standard procedures.
  • Manage cash handling, banking integrity, and tendering transactions.
  • Ensure store multi-channel fulfillment and stock integrity.
  • Provide telephone management and enquiries services.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities.
  • Contribute to financial performance through effective inventory management and controllable expenses management.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team in delivering a consistent positive store experience for customers and resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently.
  • Improve sales skills and product knowledge through available online platforms and active participation in development opportunities.
