About This Role

We're seeking a visionary leader to drive the growth and sustainability of community tennis across Queensland. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing long-term strategies that support and strengthen the tennis ecosystem at a grassroots level.

The successful candidate will lead club growth through targeted support, focusing on financial sustainability, participation, revenue, and customer experience. They will oversee the delivery of club servicing programs, providing practical tools, resources, and support to affiliated clubs across Queensland.

This role requires a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing community sport, particularly club operations and sustainability. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, coupled with the ability to build and maintain strong, effective relationships across diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute long-term strategies for community tennis growth and sustainability.
  • Lead club growth through targeted support, focusing on financial sustainability, participation, revenue, and customer experience.
  • Oversee the delivery of club servicing programs, providing practical tools, resources, and support to affiliated clubs across Queensland.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team built on trust, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.
