The Pathways Coordinator role is a vital position that supports the development and implementation of projects within Coach, Pathways and Competitive Play teams. This coordinator serves as a liaison between Tennis Queensland and external stakeholders to foster the growth and development of tennis across Queensland.
Key Responsibilities- Establish effective communication channels with key stakeholders to support the delivery of tennis programs and pathways.
- Develop and implement customer feedback cycles for stakeholder engagements.
- Support the planning, delivery, and follow-up of various programs and events aligned with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate regional projects aimed at increasing coach and player participation in targeted areas.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities for coaches and competitive play stakeholders through workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
- Manage operations and logistics for events, initiatives, and projects, including venue bookings, invoicing, equipment provision, and participant registration.
- A tertiary degree in a relevant business or sport development/management field.
- Understanding of the tennis industry and state sporting structures.
- High-level interpersonal skills and communication skills with diverse backgrounds.
- Strong administration skills, including computer literacy, record-keeping, and report writing.
- Current Police Check and willingness to obtain Blue Card.
- Flexibility in working hours and arrangements related to work associated with Tennis QLD.
