The Queensland Tennis Centre (QTC) is the premier tennis facility in Queensland and home of the National Tennis Academy.

As Head of the QTC, you will play a key role in increasing utilization of the facilities and providing quality tennis and patron experience for all visitors. Responsibilities include:

  • Tennis operations: overseeing a team of qualified coaches offering services across the 27-court facility
  • Venue Management: overseeing functions, venue hire, delivery of major events, café operations, Pro Shop, and on-site tenants in suites
  • Team leadership and development: fostering a high-performing, positive, and inclusive culture
  • Management of contracts with Stadiums Queensland: ensuring compliance and a strong working relationship
  • Driving revenue growth through onsite commercial arrangements
  • Overseeing business operations: including financial management, workplace health & safety, risk management, and reporting

You will be a natural leader with strong business acumen and demonstrated experience in venue management. To succeed, you will bring:
