We are seeking a highly driven Product Manager to join our New Product Development squad at PayTech Nexus Ltd.

This pivotal role will support the Product Owner in shaping our product offerings, enhancing the customer experience, and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and concept development to launch, ensuring products are designed to meet market demands.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Product Development: Lead the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring products meet market demands.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Risk Management: Proactively manage risks, including performance of regular controls, robust product governance, and swift resolution of issues.
  • Customer Experience: Continuously improve the customer experience by reviewing and enhancing product features, benefits, and digital experience.
  • Compliance: Ensure products comply with relevant regulatory requirements and assist with regulatory responses.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance, KPIs, and customer complaints to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Requirements include:

  • Sound ability to drive outcomes and execute on a roadmap of initiatives.
  • Sound communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills coupled with a strong ability to innovate and think differently about strategies to grow the portfolio.
  • Experience in delivering strong outcomes in an Agile environment.
  • Ability to think analytically and use data and insights to make decisions.
  • Sound commercial acumen.
  • Strong retail product knowledge is preferred, experience managing banking products highly regarded.
