About the Role- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Identify and pursue new business leads, maximising ticket sales and revenue.
- Conduct competitor analysis to effectively pitch to potential clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to contribute to product development and market requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions and account information.
- Provide expert advice and support to clients, researching new opportunities and optimal use of products and services.
- Respond to sales inquiries and product information requests in a timely manner.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing products and services.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the technology, internet, ticketing or events sector.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build relationships.
- Passion for sourcing and winning new business through networking and cold calling.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office core suite.
- Hubspot experience an advantage.
