Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care
• Collaborate with healthcare partners and families to deliver person-centered care
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 12 months experience in residential aged care (desirable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Flexibility and reliability
