Our client—a leading tier two international construction main contractor—has recently launched operations in Australia and is already making waves. With a leadership team stacked with some of the industry's best, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Quality Manager to lead the national quality function across a growing pipeline of mission-critical construction projects, including automated industrial facilities, technical builds, and data centres.

This is a unique opportunity to get in early with a world-class business at the start of its Australian journey.

About the Role

Based from the company's Macquarie Park head office and reporting directly into senior leadership, the Quality Manager will:

• Lead the development and implementation of national quality systems and frameworks
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Foster a strong culture of quality assurance and control across all projects
• Collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants across multiple sites
• Provide guidance, support, and coaching to site teams and promote continuous improvement
• Assist in the pre-construction phase to embed quality processes from day one

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring:

• 10+ years' experience in Quality Management within the construction industry
• At least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within complex, project-based environments
• Strong understanding of building codes, industry regulations, and best-practice QA/QC systems
• Experience on data centres, high-tech industrial, or critical infrastructure projects will be highly regarded
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a genuine passion for quality
