We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Village Maintenance Support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting others and making a difference in people's lives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the village grounds and gardens to a high standard, assisting residents with moving into the village, including furniture assembly and setup, and helping with inwards goods, stock management, and stores.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be physically fit, and be able to multitask with ease.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Village Maintenance Support will work closely with residents and the village team to ensure the safety, repair, and appearance of buildings, equipment, facilities, and grounds.
Requirements- Assist residents with moving into the village, including furniture assembly and setup
- Maintain the village grounds and gardens to a high standard
- Help with inwards goods, stock management, and stores
- Promote a welcoming and caring atmosphere in the village
