Job Title

Experienced Underground Mechanical Tradespeople are required to join our team.

This role is ideal for individuals who have a proven track record in underground coal mining and possess the necessary mechanical trade skills.

As an employee, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining, and operating underground mining equipment. You will also diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic faults, conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance, and collaborate with team members to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in underground coal mining.
  • A certificate of proficiency in a mechanical trade.
  • Sound knowledge of underground mining equipment and machinery.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
