We are seeking an experienced Transformation Strategist to join our Solution Consulting team in APAC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of People Analytics and helping organizations make data-driven decisions.

About the Role

This is a remote role that requires strong communication and presentation skills. You will work closely with our Account Executive to evangelize the value of People Analytics and our solutions to prospective buyers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • In partnership with the sales team, conduct discovery sessions to understand client pain points and current applications and data landscape.
  • Explain Visier's differentiation and value proposition compared to traditional reporting & BI solutions, homegrown systems, competitor solutions, or Core HR systems.
  • Create demo content aligned to customer needs.
  • Deliver world-class presentations and demos showcasing how Visier solutions can meet customer needs and transform their organization.
  • E nsure successful and thorough communication of client requirements to the Visier customer success (Delivery) team.
  • Responsible for solution proposals for RFIs and RFPs.
  • Become a Visier solution expert, understanding how Visier addresses different analytics use cases, and serve as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal teams.
What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in general people analytics, and/or a specific field such as employee engagement analytics, talent acquisition analytics, etc.
  • 8+ years of experience as a pre-sales solution consultant, or similar field-based customer-facing position.
  • Some background experience in business intelligence and/or data warehousing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to instill confidence in our solution and approach to a potentially skeptical audience.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with a cloud SaaS vendor is desirable.
  • Comfortable working with and presenting to senior and C-level audiences.
  • Strong initiative and self-motivated, results-oriented attitude.
About Our Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
