We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Migration Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to clients in relation to Australian migration law.
- Main Responsibilities:
Provide immigration legal advice and assistance appropriate for client needs
Draft legal submissions for applications and appeals
Ensure files are managed appropriately
Appear in courts and tribunals
Ensure timely and positive contact with clients
Come up with strategies for achieving positive outcomes for clients
Coach and assist junior team members

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Migration Lawyer with a proven track record in Australian migration law.
A valid Queensland Practising Certificate
Unwavering commitment to providing exceptional client service
History of maintaining and forming strong working relationships with clients and team members
Excellent time management and personal organisation skills with deadline focus
Ability to maintain a high quality of work at all times
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Highly motivated and target driven
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to speak a second language would be useful but not essential
