Migration Advocate Expert

The role requires a highly motivated individual who is committed to delivering exceptional client service and results.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive Immigration legal advice and assistance tailored to client needs.
  • Drafting high-quality legal submissions for applications and appeals.
  • Ensuring seamless file management and timely completion of tasks.
  • Representing clients in courts and tribunals with confidence and expertise.
  • Maintaining regular, positive contact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Migration Lawyer with a strong track record in Australian migration law.
  • A valid Queensland Practising Certificate.
  • An unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional client service and outcomes.
  • A history of building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent time management and personal organization skills with a focus on deadlines and priorities.
  • A proven ability to maintain a high standard of work quality at all times.
  • The capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high level of motivation and drive to achieve targets and goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to speak a second language would be an asset but is not essential.
