About the Role:

As a Principal Consultant, you will play a pivotal part in driving digital transformation for our clients.

Your key responsibility will be to configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time Off, and Payroll modules according to business requirements.

You will implement and maintain integrations between EC, Time Off, and Payroll, including Point-to-Point replication setups.

In addition, you will troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity across modules.

Key skills required include good knowledge of technology landscape, tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Science, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) API, EC Time Off, SAP S4 Hana HR and understanding of AU/US payroll process would be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SF API, Time Off, SAP S4 Hana.
  • API Integration: Experience working with APIs for data exchange and integration between different systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and data discrepancies.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
