Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

This role is ideal for a skilled professional who can drive digital marketing strategies and manage projects effectively.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketer to join our team on a 6-month contract with the potential to extend. This challenging role combines project management, eCommerce, CRM, and analytics, offering a unique opportunity to drive digital change and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate digital projects from scope to delivery, keeping stakeholders informed and up-to-date.
  • Manage eCommerce website updates and improvements for a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and optimize campaigns across CRM and email platforms (segmentation, automation, workflows, EDMs).
  • Analyze data and produce insights reports (PowerBI experience a bonus).
  • Brief and collaborate with developers, designers, and external providers to deliver solutions.
  • Troubleshoot digital issues and recommend improvements proactively.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a digital marketing role (agency or in-house).
  • Strong project management skills: organized, deadline-driven, and confident reporting up, down, and all around.
  • Experience with eCommerce websites, email marketing, and CRM systems.
  • Data-driven, with the ability to interpret results and turn them into actionable insights.
  • Bonus points (but not essential) for: basic HTML/CSS, PowerBI, or experience being involved in digital transformation projects.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset.
