Business Operations Assistant

This role provides support to a commercial director, encompassing diary management, meeting coordination, and minute-taking responsibilities.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, including diary management, meeting coordination, and minute-taking.
- They will collate and submit monthly sales reports in conjunction with relevant departments.
- Additionally, they will assist in the development and formatting of presentations and marketing materials.
- Liaison with sales and marketing team members and other departments is essential, as well as coordinating logistics for trade shows and exhibitions.
- The ideal candidate will also have experience liaising with external creative agencies and maintaining accurate databases.
- They will coordinate purchase orders, conduct competitor research, and serve as custodian of the sales and marketing budget.
- Filing systems, records, distribution lists, and contact databases will be accurately maintained.
