Key Responsibilities May Include:
Managing reception duties and client-facing communication
Calendar and email management for teams or executives
Data entry, database management, and document formatting
Processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
Coordinating meetings, travel bookings, and office supplies
Supporting HR/recruitment functions or onboarding processes
Providing project or event coordination support
To be considered, you will need:
Previous experience in a business support or administrative role
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to hit the ground running and adapt quickly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems
